香港搭車易（下稱「本應用程式」）由 HONGKONG GAMING APPLICATION COMPANY（香港遊戲應用程式開發公司）開發及營運，並為你個人資料的資料控制者。如你對本政策有任何疑問，請電郵 [email protected]。
本應用程式提供香港巴士及專線小巴的實時到站資訊，不需要註冊、不需要登入，亦沒有會員帳戶。我們沒有為本應用程式營運收集個人資料的後端伺服器。
當你開啟本應用程式並允許定位權限時，應用程式會讀取你的裝置位置，用於：(a) 找出你附近的車站；(b) 計算你與車站之間的步行距離；(c) 在你開啟「到站提示」時，判斷你是否接近目標車站。
為提升使用體驗，本應用程式會在你的裝置本地儲存（AsyncStorage）以下資料：
上述資料只留在你的裝置內。你可隨時在應用程式內刪除收藏，或解除安裝應用程式以清除全部本機資料。
本應用程式直接向政府及公共交通營運商的公開數據介面（見第 5 節）請求實時到站資料。在這些請求中，對方的伺服器一般會接收到你的 IP 位址、請求時間及應用程式版本等標準技術資訊，用於提供資料及防止濫用。我們不會從這些請求中收集或儲存你的個人資料。
如你開啟「到站提示」，本應用程式會在你使用期間（應用程式在前台）以本機通知提醒你目標路線即將到站。我們不使用推送伺服器，亦不會為此收集你的裝置權杖。你可在應用程式內或裝置設定中隨時關閉通知。
本應用程式使用以下第三方服務。我們不會售賣你的個人資料，亦不會與第三方分享你的位置。
如本應用程式提供自願打賞功能，交易一律經 Google Play 帳單或 Apple App 內購買處理。打賞純屬自願，不會解鎖任何功能。付款資料由 Google 或 Apple 依其私隱政策處理，我們不會接觸。
本應用程式不包含任何廣告，亦沒有內置廣告或追蹤 SDK。
本應用程式與上述服務之間的通訊一律使用 HTTPS 加密。由於我們不營運收集個人資料的伺服器，你的位置及收藏資料主要留在你的裝置內，受裝置本身的鎖定及加密保護。惟互聯網傳輸無法保證絕對安全。
我們不儲存你的個人資料。裝置上的資料（收藏、快取、最近位置）會一直保留，直至你在應用程式內清除或解除安裝應用程式為止。
由於本應用程式不設帳戶，我們一般不會持有你的個人資料。如你認為我們持有你的個人資料，你有權要求查閱、更正或刪除，並可電郵 [email protected] 提出，我們一般會在 30 日內回覆。
如你認為我們未有妥善處理你的資料，可向香港個人資料私隱專員公署（PCPD）投訴。
本應用程式提供公共交通資訊，並非以兒童為對象，我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。如你認為我們意外持有兒童的資料，請立即聯絡我們安排刪除。
本應用程式不使用 Cookie，亦不使用追蹤性或廣告 Cookie。應用程式只使用第 3.2 節所述的必要本機儲存。本網站（hkgamingapp.com）為靜態資訊頁，不設追蹤。
我們可能不時更新本政策。更新版本將於本頁公布，並更新上方的「最後更新」日期。如更新涉及重大變更，我們會在應用程式更新說明中提示。

No account required. HK Ride shows real-time bus and green minibus arrival information in Hong Kong. There is no sign-up, no login and no user profile, and we operate no backend server that collects personal data.
Location: with your permission the app reads your device location to show nearby stops, walking distances and arrival alerts. Location is processed only on your device and is never uploaded to us or logged by any third party. You may deny location permission and still use search, route details and manual location selection.
Stored on your device only: your favourite routes and stops, your last selected location, cached route and stop data, and interface settings. Removing the app deletes all of it.
Third parties: real-time data comes directly from DATA.GOV.HK and the public transport operators' open data APIs, and route geometry from the Government's Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI). These requests contain route or stop identifiers only, never your location. Map tiles are served by OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap, which receive your IP address and the map area you are viewing. App distribution and any optional in-app tips are handled by Google Play or Apple.
No advertising, no tracking. The app contains no ads, no advertising identifier and no analytics or tracking SDK.
Notifications: arrival alerts are local notifications generated on your device while the app is open. No push token is collected.
Your rights: because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to disclose. You may still contact [email protected] for any access, correction or deletion request, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) in Hong Kong.
Children: the app provides public transport information and is not directed to children.
